  • assessment

    Please request an appraisal for the items you plan to sell using the LINE Easy Appraisal or email form.

  • Calculation of estimated amount

    We will send you a quote based on the information and photos you provide.

  • Shipping of products

    Once you are satisfied with the price, please send the product to us with a copy of your ID enclosed, cash on delivery.

  • Inspection and appraisal

    We will inspect the items you send us and offer you a purchase price based on their condition.

  • Transfer

    If you are happy with the purchase price, we will process the transfer within one business day. If you are not happy with the purchase price, we will return the item to you prepaid.

Valid ID

*Please include a copy of your identification document with the item you are selling.

It will be one of the following within the validity period:

  • Driver's license and health insurance card
  • passport
  • Resident record
  • Student ID (with photo, school name, student number, address, and contact information)
  • Identification document issued by a national or public institution (including photo, address, and date of birth)

Precautions

  1. The estimated price is only an estimate. Please note that if any defects (breakdowns, scratches, mold, cloudiness, balsam chipping, etc.) are found during the actual inspection, the price may be reduced.
  2. If you do not enclose your ID, we will not be able to purchase your item.
  3. We will not purchase from customers under the age of 18.
  4. For customers aged 18 or 19, a consent form or letter of attorney is required.
  5. If the request is from someone other than a relative, a letter of attorney and identification (ID) from the person receiving the request are required.
  6. For corporate customers, the person visiting the store will need to provide identification (ID), a company registration certificate, or a seal registration certificate. In addition, if a person other than the representative visits the store, a letter of attorney from the company will be required.
